Even the most seasoned of us can occasionally benefit from a new set of eyes. So yes, we can train you in PhilPsych through one of our courses, but if you prefer one of our team to help you do the heavy lifting, we can audit your donor communications and tell you how your practice stacks up against the principles of PhilPsych. The audit can contain as many focal communications as you wish and prices are based on that volume. Ideally you will want each key segment of donors represented and you’ll want to include appeals, welcome cycles, stewardship communications, thank you’s and newsletters.
The audit will tell you what is working well – in a PhilPsych and best practice sense. It will also give you guidance in where you might do better and the tools and concepts that can help you optimize your approach.
