Jen will be presenting, ‘At the Heart of Giving: How You Can Foster Meaningful Donor Relationships with Philanthropic Psychology’ alongside Sarah Colberg and Catherine Day from RSPCA UK.
In this session, Jen will explore two pillars of philanthropic psychology (identity and psychological well-being), and how they can be applied immediately in your organisation to foster more meaningful and fruitful relationships with your donors.
Catherine and Sarah will draw on examples from the RSPCA and demonstrate how subtle changes to communications can make a big impact all across the sector.
