We are enormously grateful to F&P for their generous support of the Love Project 2.0.
F&P is a knowledge hub for fundraisers and marketing & communications professionals working in the nonprofit sector.
Their thoughtful gift is allowing us to explore how we care for our fundraisers and the extent to which they feel loved in their employer relationships. The project will look at what motivates and demotivates colleagues in their fundraising roles and the extent to which each of these factors drives their intention to stay or quit. We will also explore the experience of love in the employment context inviting fundraisers to share their individual stories and inspiration.
The F&P sponsorship will bring the project to Australia and provide a window on the experience in that context. The results will be unveiled by the F&P team in September.
